1945 Steinway Model M, 5' 7" The piano has a walnut Chippendale case (which is a premium option over the standard case). The soundboard, bridges and pinblock are in excellent condition, as is the original laquer finish. This comes with a matching piano bench that opens to store sheet music.
Recently tuned, current replacement price for a walnut Chippendale Model M is $65,700.00 list price. This piano is located in Christmas Cove, Maine and offered at

1886 Mason & Hamlin Upright piano, 49" tall, satin ebony finish with original ivory keys. Seller states that the piano has average wear and tear for a piano of this age. All notes are playable. An interesting fact about this Mason & Hamlin is that it has a rare screw-stringer type tuning mechanism. This requires a special tuning wrench, which is included with the piano.
